the house, which makes it even more important to me to help her find right property. In looking at homes her concerns
are about how the neighborhood would be for a child, the safety of the home and property and if the room that will be the
baby’s has lots of light and warmth. My observations about Joyce as a person are that she is a highly conscientious, caring, intelligent, empathetic,

"Joyce and I have been best friends since high school. Joyce has become part of my extended family.
I am one of 7 children and all my brothers and sisters and mother always ask how Joyce is doing. When Joyce is in town my
siblings all try to see her. I believe she has attended every one of my siblings’ weddings.
I know Joyce is going to be an excellent mother. She is an extremely patient person and loves children
very much. When she visits, I can see how much she enjoys spending time with my two kids. She is calm, rational and composed,
and manages to handle a classroom full of kids! Joyce takes good care of herself and I believe these
good traits would carry over to good parenting. Any child who Joyce would have the privilege of adopting would
